My main focus in this role was meeting with senior leaders to strategize and recommend solutions to their business needs and employee issues. As a Property Research Analyst, I would essential research borrowers for home loans and make sure they actually owed the property they were trying to borrow against. This included validating their credentials and finding the most recent deed to prove they owned the property. Since we do research all over the United States and every county has different websites and laws, no two reports were the same and required a keen eye to eliminate errors on reports.
