My main focus in this role was meeting with senior leaders to strategize and recommend solutions to their business needs and employee issues. These conversations often included: talent reviews, career growth for both leaders and individual contributors, discussing employee issues and solutions, reduction in force, organization changes, and compensation. My secondary focus was executing HR projects and Workday functions. These included managing reductions in force, collecting data and creating new functions in our Workday instance, overseeing and collaborating with acquisition tasks and responsibilities, and reviewing and updating policies and procedures across many business lines.

My responsibilities in this role included: meeting with leaders to discuss employee relations issues and offer solutions and advice, pulling reports and analyzing them, managing and executing projects providing results for both senior leaders and the HR team, coordinate and manage all reduction in forces. The nature of this role allowed me to create relationships with departments throughout Xome and Mr. Cooper and was able to streamline collaboration to complete projects quickly.

I have many task that fall under my job duties. While mostly I do recruiting and onboarding, I also help with employee relations and event planning. My role is similar to an HR Generalist, as I am a "Jack of all Trades" when it comes to the HR world.

My job duties included mostly recruiting new employees for American Title and researching innovative ways to find new and upcoming talent. I recruited for every position, so my knowledge of how the company ran was an extremely useful asset. When I wasn't recruiting, I was working on projects to expand our reach and to update and alter processes to make our recruitment and hiring process more efficient.

As a Property Research Analyst, I would essential research borrowers for home loans and make sure they actually owed the property they were trying to borrow against. This included validating their credentials and finding the most recent deed to prove they owned the property. Since we do research all over the United States and every county has different websites and laws, no two reports were the same and required a keen eye to eliminate errors on reports. I was also trained in many different areas of American Title which included: Property Tax, Recordings, various support roles, and even reception work at the front desk.
