• Source, select and procure data historian, pressure transducers, tubing and fittings, PLC’s, cables and other related hardware for collecting data from RB211 and LM2500 gas turbine units in West East Pipeline’s compressor stations.• Inspect several compressor stations in order to develop plans for installations of hardware and software for data collection.• Liaise with Canadian suppliers, Chinese suppliers, Liburdi Turbine Services and PetroChina to develop product requirements, technical specifications, project planning to meet project deliverables as well as address client needs.• Devise project specifications and reports in both English and Chinese.• Contracting 3rd party companies and lead their experts as a team to perform onsite installations on all 22 compressor stations on line 1 of West East Pipeline.• Design, develop, integrate, test and support with a team, the CEHM system, a condition-based management system which collects onsite data for storage and do performance analysis and monitoring on 37 client’s gas turbine units.• Advise and mentor technical experts in Canada to complete the CEHM project based on the specific needs of clients in China• Devise strategies to market the CEHM product based on market demands as well as organize meetings with local distributors and potential clients for product demonstration.
