Painted Toronto's new International Airport, and O.C.A.D. Building

I started as a dish washer (wash dishes, reload dishes in resturant, garbage, Stock) and slowly advanced to other positions like blancher (prepare salads, vegtables and fries), chicken prep/spit, gravy/sause maker. Worked on the Fryer and grill and became a chicken cutter. Slowly making my way to Kitchen Manager
