In recent years we have successfully helped the client reduce leakage levels to meet leakage targets whilst maintaining the highest leak promotion rate within the region. A priority is to connect the output from my employees at all levels to the strategic aims of the organization having introduced several operational processes increasing promotion accuracy, productivity and team communication.I recently managed a 6 month joint supply investigation project for Yorkshire Water, successfully managing to deliver 4 times the agreed supply status target across the region. I believe employees are my most important resource, therefore the formation and regular implementation of health and safety at work regulations are paramount within the team.In addition I have 18 years operational leakage detection experience using a wide variety of equipment and practices from acoustic leakage detection and step testing to DMA optimization applied across various locations within the U.K and Ireland. The role was highly customer focused and required constant professional customer interaction as a Yorkshire Water representative meeting deadlines to ensure the completion of a busy daily workload.I have coached several trainee assistants in acoustic leak detection, step testing, DMA Optimisation and pipe location using a variety of leakage detection equipment.
