Taking part in meetings with members from other teams of the company; this was to help all teams get a better understanding of what each team does, how the other teams affect them and also to resolve any issues or questions they have.Taking ownership of specific tasks that were my sole responsibility to maintain, as well as shared ownership of group tasks where it was vital to liaise and co-ordinate with colleagues to ensure optimal efficiency. There were periods where there was more work to be done than available staff, but with careful planning and co-ordination the team managed to keep the workload under control with all critical tasks completed on time.Testing a new system that was in development which was aimed to take over from the current system. I was tasked with going through individual sections of the system and to design and carry out my own test plan of each of the features for that particular section. Any test failures or bugs discovered would be fully documented and sent over to the development team to resolve.Writing procedures of tasks I carried out so that anyone new, or someone joining from another team, would have a supporting document to assist them during their training. I also personally trained colleagues on some of the tasks that either myself or the whole team would perform.Answering and investigating queries from customers and outside agents via telephone or by email, in a professional and timely manner.
