Managing a team within the Outpatients department to ensure a clean transition from one PAS to another, including the rebooking of nearly 3000 appointments. Working with the department in collaboration with the IT department to resolve issues and enhance PAS.

Testing the Trust's new PAS to ensure it was ready for deployment; feature testing, design testing, UAT. Working with the IT department and our PAS partners to resolve issues that arose, reporting back to the Outpatients manager.

Developing software solutions for businesses that work with the resources and the technology that they currently own, adapting to their processes to deliver benefits and advising where those processes could be changed to increase efficiency.

Between the months of June to August 2011 I was responsible for the preparation of patient case notes when a consultant's clinic was booked. This involved responsibility with handling confidential results, notes and correspondence as well as ensuring the case notes were complete.

For 2 years I worked in different areas of accountancy at Kingston Smith, including accounts preparations, audit and tax.Accounts preparations were completed for different sectors, from small owner-managed businesses through to healthcare companies. These were completed by myself, and I reported to the line manager and partner responsible for the client.Medium to large companies were audited under the supervision of a more senior auditor. As well as companies, I audited charities, which also included smaller operations.Tax duties included helping the tax department to prepare personal tax returns towards the deadline date, as well as being responsible for the correspondence and completion of P11D's for entire office client base.
