I've had a an amazing impact on the hospitality, health & education sectors over the last 25 years - and I'm excited to think what the next 25 can bring!!A veteran in training & education, a well seasoned chef, coach & business development consultant, I'm forever searching for that next business or person to mentor, guide & help. I absolutely love what I do, especially when it's helping others avoid the landmines I've seen & stood on over the years - when I can save someone endless amounts of stress & sleepless nights, helping them to live a better happier life, it's an amazing feeling. When I'm in the classroom, training cooks and the future leaders of industry, honing in on the aspects of WHSE & Food Safety that so many trainers seem to neglect, I know I'm improving their outcomes and setting the stage for a future industry that's run well. That's what coaching and mentoring is all about to me. Imagine how much further business, trainees and the hospitality industry can grow, if more of us shared our mistakes and lessons learnt.It's priceless at the end of the day. I can't put a price on what I know, other than to say it can't and won't ever be found in any course or University, anywhere in the world.
