I manage a team of three to ensure that our day to day operations and growth aligns with our institutional targets. The key areas that I am particularly interested in are transformative student experiences, international partnerships, recruitment and networking.I manage the exchange and study abroad programmes offered by the University of Portsmouth and ensure that they are compliant with all regulations associated with student exchange. I am responsible for the development and management of a network of UK and overseas contacts, ranging from educational institutions to external funding agencies, in order to enhance the institutional profile and to expand and promote funded and non-funded mobility activities. I collaborate with colleagues across the University to research, identify and develop flexible international mobility opportunities for our students.In whatever tasks I am involved in, I do my best to be an inspiring leader to the Global Mobility team. Their motivation and commitment are crucial in delivering an excellent service to all stakeholders involved in international student mobility.
