After University in London, I began my career as an Exercise Physiologist. Having worked within a wide variety of professional sports I started to become more focused on professional motorsport. Identifying a greater need for human performance for both drivers and teams. This lead to me starting my own Human Performance consultancy, dedicated to drivers, pit crews and supporting race team personnel.Since then I have gone on to work with multiple Formula One Teams and Drivers and more recently with the Aston Martin Formula One Team developing their human performance programme.Alongside my work in Formula One I have successfully diversified my skillset into the corporate sector, integrating high performance wellness ethics from Formula One into any working environment by educating businesses on the importance of health and lifestyle changes that can really make a difference in the productivity of a workforce.Now both sides of my business (Sport and Corporate) sit under one umbrella- Elevate Human Performance
