As shop superintendent for SSE Co. my job duties include but are no limited to maintaining a safe working environment for my co workers. Be a leader and be able to make the correct decisions in a fast paced environment. Do my very best to oversee all the products that leave the shop such as handrail, structural steel, platforms and stair stringers and make certain they are fabricated correct according to the blueprints. Spending most of my time on the floor daily working along side my co workers which includes welding and fabricating with them. Addressing any concerns about policy's and procedures. Knowing how all equipment in the shop is ran and how to do all the proper maintenance on them. Make sure to go above and beyond to keep the customer more than satisfied with our product and fabrication process. Do my very best to make Riggs Industries a successful company and keep our customers coming back.
