Additionally, I ensure up-to-date Electrical compliance in collaboration with Chichester Registered Managers/Site Senior Executives.• Key accomplishments:• Led a team of contractors across diverse companies, aligning efforts to fulfill client's, Fortescue Metals Group, vision with precision, on time, and within budget constraints.● Oversaw the upgrade of a PowerStation and the introduction of a new 60km 33kV Overhead Line (OHL) to power Crushers, Switch rooms, Maintenance facilities, and bore fields. This strategic move significantly reduced dependency on fossil fuels.● Facilitated the installation of a 33-6.6kV kiosk and electric digger via trailing cable for pit mining, effectively minimising the reliance on fossil fuels.● Strategically planned and led the installation of 5x 650kW pumps and Gland seal water pumps off a new 690V switch room, 11kV-6.6KV Transformer & new Rings Main Unit.● Performed role of Construction Manager during periods of annual leave, weekends, or in case of illness, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to project success whilst executing existing duties.
