For the last 25 years, I have limited my law practice exclusively to Real Estate -- its discrete acquisition, use, finance, and disposition. I was a County Planning Commission Attorney for three years. My commercials clients have included very well known, nationally recognized fast-food and table restaurants, national grocery store chains, and the largest private commercial real estate developer on the U.S. east coast. I began my real estate career as a real estate agent. In order to meet my client's high expectations, I then co-founded a mortgage company to best serve my clients' needs. When my local title companies did not rise to my settlement challenges, I co-founded my own title company. Then, to insure that my title company clients received the most comprehensive legal services, I went to law school.
