- Managed a team of 7 teachers across 3 university campuses, responsible for 3000+ students per year: ShanghaiTech, Shanghai Customs College and Shanghai Second Polytechnic.- Designed, prototyped, and taught the public speaking course at ShanghaiTech. Taken by >100 students in 2.5 years.- Designed syllabuses and examinations, trained new and experienced teachers, provided mentoring and coaching, developed encouraging but critical feedback style.
