Reporting to the MD for UK and Europe, this role is heading up the UK Human Resources department looking after a cluster of hotels including Accor, IHG , Hilton and own branded Luma Hotels.

Looking after 4 hotels, the group was undergoing a restructure and I was responsible for the TUPE out of two hotels to Youngs plus carrying out a number of redundancies.
