I have joined Dr Yael Parag (Oxford, IDC) and Dr Tamar Opher (University of Toronto) in updating their chapter in UNESCO Encyclopedia (2011) on the impact and regulations of bottled drinking water. The chapter will be republished as a review article in a sustainability journal.
