With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, I am a seasoned and skilled Construction Manager who is passionate about building homes with quality and care. I am proficient in BuildPro, NPEDS regulations, and OSHA guidelines. I was most recently leading the construction of homes in the Oak Hill neighborhood for Kolter Group, a leading real estate development and investment firm in the Southeast.In my role as Construction Manager, I closely manage and organize all aspects of the construction process, from acquiring and placing permits, to conducting quality control walks, to managing the warranty department. I also excel at customer service, ensuring that all customers are satisfied with their homes and have a positive experience throughout the warranty period.
