We had up to 4 locations and up to 100 teams total at one point. It was an innovative organization built by an incredible team of passionate individuals and many many amazing families and athletes. FORZA1 continues to thrive in CA and nationally and I am proud to have been a founding owner and creator of such an impactful community oriented business. In todays world, sports are such a gift as they engage the whole body and challenge the whole person to raise their skills and consciousness. With more pervading technology and less human to human interaction as a result, sports are absolutely essential to the health of children, and also adults. Sports are a place to connect, communicate, be challenged, and so much more both individually and collectively. The key now is to re-evaluate the meaning and purpose of sports pre-covid and actively create the best possible future and role for them in the future. Sports are no longer just an activity, they are a community center and an important place to discover who we are and what we are capable of. There is a huge responsibility on clubs now to create an enriching customer experience and offer more meaningful services. There are so many kids playing and so many aren't getting scholarships or going beyond the intermediate level. And for this reason, the goals needs to evolve. Sports can become a dynamic vehicle for all level athletes to develop holistically, increase self-awareness and explore new capabilities. As well as learn the fundamentals that form the foundation of life beyond sports. As youth enthusiasts, we need to collectively look at, and get real about, what kids need today, and realize how much more can be provided within a sports context.Clubs are now more than ever in a powerful and important position to truly serve our youth.
