For my role as Director of Business Development at Falcon Aviation Academy, I successfully executed the company's mission objectives by designing and implementing business development strategies and program incentives, also providing effective leadership to cross-functional operations including sales, marketing, and IT departments. I built and maintained professional, quality teams, defined policies and procedures and enforced OSHA guidelines and requirements. With full financial and budget administration as well as management responsibility. I also conducted effective negotiations of program terms, resulting in exceeded monthly and yearly bonus targets. I received recognition for delivering retention and growth-focused programs including the worker's compensation program, facilitating training for management heads and associates on safety procedures, and instituted proffered providers list. At Falcon Aviation Academy, I held my first role as Sales and Marketing Director where I delivered the Pilot Pathway Programs for several regional airlines, leading multi-department operations for admissions, higher education departments, and retention growth, as well as overseeing the performance activity of the Certified Flight Instructors recruitment team. I played an integral role in increasing productivity and efficiency by building and maintaining strong communication and company-wide consensus, and structuring policies and procedures focused on new-student orientation, training, program costs, and referral bonus incentives. Recognized for securing retention, and growing domestic student admissions more than double the expected turnover, I was also the integral contributor to establishing new business opportunities and development strategies including the FAA dispatcher training, CATS testing, and FAR Part 145 MRO sales and services.

As Office Manager at AMS Aviation, I directed day-to-day operations, dispatch, and flight schedule coordination for the Aviation and Safety Management Departments. I oversaw the performance of the line crew, personnel development, program development and implementation, and project management.I acquired a continuous understanding of current Veterans Affairs and Immigrant Visa process and enforced regular compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. I liaised and performed effected contract negotiations for the Navy, Marines, and Air Force Introductory Flight Screening (IFS) Programs.
