In 2008, we employed Citi Bank as our investment adviser to raise 83 million USD from Goldman Sachs, Sequoia Capital, and other top domestic and international venture capitals, establishing strict financial management and risk control. The company founder graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the United States and worked in the investment banking division of UBS for over ten years. She has extensive investment experiences in New York, Los Angeles, Sydney, Dublin, Paris, Hong Kong, Singapore, and all over other major cities in the world.

2016.1 to Present HRD2015.6 to 2015.12 HR&A Manager -Provide full aspects of HR and administration services for the company’s growth.-Plan and initiate HR strategies in line with the Group’s business objectives.-Responsible for staff budgeting, payroll, recruitment, selection and reward employees. -Cooperate with business departments on manpower planning & define recruitment plan accordingly.-Conduct whole process recruitment activities to support operation running.-Define tools, optimize channels, develop talent network to improve recruitment process and efficiency.-Build up the performance evaluation system for the management and project team, maintain the talent pool and develop the talent selection mechanism.-Staff complaint and labor dispute handling.-Planning and organize staff activities.-Define training needs and implement training plan to support business development.-Be responsible for annual salary adjustment, promotion and payroll.

-Drive Talent Acquisition performance and provide multiple solutions in South China incl. recruiting process streamline, employer branding, social media and talent relationship.-Formulate, maintain and implement “Employment SOP”, optimize and implement offering and hiring procedure and to make it compliance with company policy and related regulations.-Verify Recruitment Request according to the annual recruitment plan and ensure the effective implementation of annual recruitment plan.-Conduct job analysis through effective communication with hiring department leader to understand the job.-Communicate effectively with departmental leaders and C&B team to offer reasonable compensation and benefit to final candidate; -Take full responsibility of offers (incl. offer study, offer proposal, offer communication with candidates, etc.) -Manage and develop all recruitment channels, include service provider, employee referral, internal transfer.-Enhance direct searching capability, build up external talent database and extend searching channels, e.g. social media, LinkedIn, wechat, qq group, BBS.-Set up/maintain the staffing tracking and reporting system, including but not limited to:* Effectively manage talent candidate database* Hiring status report* Hiring performance report-Enhance Line Manager's selection skills through conducting "behavioral based interview skill" training. -Work with Regional team to implement corporate-wide program. -Supervise the team to fulfill the recruitment target and daily work.-Provide timely and effective coach, feedback, guide to develop recruiters.
