About Dana Cobb

My work in the industry began following my education at Vermont Technical College with an electrical and electronics degree in 1999. My career began as an electronics technician at Applied Research Associates working on various products for geo-technical field testing. I then transitioned to the semiconductor industry, beginning as a customer service engineer working hands-on in the fab at both Nikon and DNS before onboarding with ASML, specifically to work on EUV technology. I spent one year in the factory in the Netherlands working with the training and development departments on the factory floor. I have worked on everything from G-line to EUV. I later moved into leadership positions at ASML starting with Shift Lead, then Group Lead, then Project Lead 2, and onto my current position as Customer Service Performance Manager 2. My skills in my current role include program development and working with our customer's major accounts worldwide. I excel in consulting our customer in order to develop successful holistic fab maintenance strategies utilizing data to provide insights into these strategies. I also create the analytics used to meet key performance metrics. I currently play an assisting role to our accounts team, tracking various aspects of financial information, creating processes, and providing input for service contracts. This is a key role to ensure alignment with customer maintenance strategy and service level agreements.My unique background provided hands-on experience with all levels of technology as well as business practices and accounting. This enables me to understand ASML end to end, from the factory floor, to maintenance, to accounting.
