Administrative support position maintaining patient data, answering phones, creating and maintaining charts, filing and faxing while also observing and interacting with the patient environment, noting behaviors and intervening when necessary. Accurately and completely document patient incidents.

Monitor patient vitals (BP, pulse, O2 %, etc.), schedule appointments, update and maintain charting, order lab work, communicate with providers and patients

Visit hospice patients, providing assistance and comfort whenever possible.
