Supervise Assistance Payments Workers in all aspects of determining eligibility for assistance programs including FAP, MA ,SDA, and CDC on an Integrated Eligibility System.Organize and prepare training schedules and materials. Train experienced staff with policy updates, updates to the Integrated Eligibility System Bridges by Deloitte and changes to procedures to ensure accuracy for federal/state programs. Maintain federal requirements for both standards of promptness and program benefit accuracy on all programs. Troubleshoot problem cases with each worker when eligibility results are not as expected in our Integrated Eligibility System by reviewing both program policy and financial budgetsReview and monitor 4 weekly reports and 7 month-end reports to ensure staff is accountable for performance and is meeting state and federal accuracy requirements.
