Marketing And Communications Manager
Current- Arrange iCarol exhibition at industry conferences. Purchase booth space and accessories, register staff, book accommodations, order and ship marketing materials and giveaway items, and manage related marketing.
- Produce and share lead generation content including guides, eBooks, white papers, and infographs.
- Manage iCarol social media channels for brand awareness, customer/prospect engagement and nurturing. Create and schedule posts, monitor and report on engagement and other metrics.
- Post to the iCarol blog in alignment with content calendar. Procure and edit guest blogger material.
- Develop and moderate webinars for purposes of customer training and communication, and thought leadership in the industry.
- Manage email communications database. Create email campaigns and nurture programs.
