Lead school-wide/district-wide professional development as Restorative Practice Leader. Writing Professional Development Lead, holding professional developments on writing curriculum across the district. Develop lesson plans and instructional materials to meet the needs of all students. Implement classroom management strategies to ensure a safe and productive learning environment. Assess student learning and progress through tests, quizzes, and other assessments. Utilize technology to enhance instruction and engage students. Create and maintain accurate records of student progress. Facilitate small group and individual instruction to meet student needs. Participate in extracurricular activities such as clubs, sports, and field trips. Highest test scores two years in a row. On our School Site Council committee.

Invested in my students overall well-being, building strong relationships with students and their families to ensure their success. Was able to teach distance learning during the pandemic. Won teacher of the year from parents nominating me! Create and manage systems for tracking large amounts of data including grades, monitoring absences for make-up work, missed lectures, discussions, group activities and media presentations. Team lead- helped plan, lead, and support the kindergarten team.

Create and implement multiple subjects, online learning technology, project-based learning instruction to a mixed age group in a blended learning model. Effectively teach in an inclusive classroom serving general education students and students with a variety of IEP classifications and English Language proficiency levels.
