At Myriad I manage a team responsible for bioinformatics functions. From managing 10s of petabytes of data, to deploying and testing FDA regulated device software, to integrating analytical pipelines and results into internal and external tools, to creating build tools and regression/concordance tooling, to building user facing applications to display biological data, to defining data contracts and data models, to defining coding and testing best practices we cover a lot of ground!Myriad has a diverse product portfolio so I’ve worked on carrier screening, non-invasive prenatal screening, germline cancer screening, tissue cancer screening (including MRD) and GWAS studies.
