Made impactful contributions to organization's mid and long term direction and planning. Led and managed Arc'teryx's entry into Canadian, US, and EMEA ecommerce marketplaces.

Integral contributor to the development and evolution of Arc'teryx's custom built ERP system. Applied strong business understanding and empathic approach to gain high stakeholder engagement, create positive project spaces, and achieve desired results. Areas of expertise included business process mapping and analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement and management, collaboration with software developers, user support and training.

Acted as the primary conduit between business teams and IS. Trained and supported users on custom built software systems and 3rd party off-the-shelf software products.
