As a new member to the KForce Team, my primary focus is placing Finance and Accounting professionals with one of KForce's premier healthcare clients on the West Coast. I analyze client requirements against candidate qualifications by reviewing resumes and skill sets, conducting phone-screen interviews, and reference checks. I utilize recruiting databases, networking, and referrals to create and grow a pipeline of qualified professionals.

Acted as an ambassador and enforcer of Red Lobster regulations, policies, and procedures. Managed front-of house and heart-of-house employees to ensure daily compliance with operational standards, company policies, and brand integrity. Ensured steps of service were followed by service and bar staff in the dining room and provided feedback when necessary. Opened and closed restaurant in compliance with Red Lobster standard and expectation. Assisted General Manager with staffing, inventory, sales goals, and labor goals. Initiated relationships and communication with guests to ensure guest satisfaction, guest loyalty, and guest retention. Handled all guest complaints. Practiced safe food handling procedures. Learned every restaurant role. Tried my best to provide a fun environment for all guests and staff.
