With over 5 years of Customer Service experience across multiple industries, I've become quite capable of handling customer issues and resolving any number of problems. These abilities were noticed well enough that my past two employers have moved me up to Lead Agent within my first year of working with them, and I've earned the title of "De-Escalation Master" within my current position.However, customer service is not my only skill, as I have many talents that were cultivated outside of an official workspace. Some might believe these are just hobbies that have no practical market implementation, but I disagree. I've DJ'd and done stand-up comedy for several years, which led to not only an intimate knowledge of sound equipment and design software but also marketing experience to ensure as massive an audience as possible.In short, I'm adaptable and willing to learn.
