I am a highly motivated individual with an eye for detail and a love for quality and an understanding of the manufacturing and logistics involved in material movement in storage. I have spent almost 10 years working on nuclear submarines, s7 of which were working nuclear components measuring tight tolerances, performing visual inspections, and leading multiple codes in concerts to perform high profile jobs. I am a firm believer in servant leadership that respect and communication go both way. As a supervisor, I always strive to get the feed about my performance from those that work for me. I have completed first and second level supervisor training on PNSY I am experienced in inspections, both with material and process inspections. I have a good understanding of technical drawings, documents and requirements.
