Art Director
Current• Directing, managing, and designing an entirely new website for the organization while working closely with communications manager, Developer, and SEO specialist to bring the organization's digital strategy to life• Working closely with communications, programming, and development team to lead the ideation and creation of visual content in both print and digital formats from start to finish• Understanding marketing goals, brand positioning, and target audiences for all creative executions• Contributing to the development and fulfillment of the short and long term strategic goals and objectives of the organization• Directing and designing eye-catching graphic solutions to communicate the brand's message in all print and digital related avenues• Retaining proficiency with standard Design programs including, but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premiere, Aftereffects, Creative Cloud, MS Office, Wordpress, Concrete 5, and other software programs as deemed necessary• Managing production of all projects from Ideation/conception to completion• Supervising the creative team including interns while delegating design, video, and animation projects and assuring they meet brand standards• Delegating, Tasking, and time-lining project needs for large scale events and fundraisers while utilizing salesforce for all recording and reporting• Serving as a liaison with a broad range of freelance creative resources, vendors, members, and partners while developing and managing relationships with them• Working successfully in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented role• Organizing all creative assets and files within organization's cloud and shared drive
