• Manage various projects for family-owned, kitchen design company & kitchen cabinet wholesaler with tight deadlines for B2B customers such as contractors, investors, realtors, & landlords• Provide in home measurements and consultations for new and existing clients to assess client needs • Use product knowledge and expertise in kitchen design to consult with clients regarding product selection including cabinets, countertops, fixtures and hardware• Inspect work progress and site to identify potential issues with kitchen layout design• Provide showroom sales assistance, product expertise and consultation for customized kitchen designs• Design and draft customized kitchen layouts via ProKitchen for new construction and remodeling projects including kitchen cabinetry, countertops, hardware and bathroom vanities• Price out and submit proposals and bids according to design specifications including creating floor plans, elevations and 3D image renderings to scale with detailed measurements • Obtain quotes from manufacturers for pricing, and place and approve orders for cabinetry/countertops• Evaluate customer issues after delivery of cabinetry, and increase average sales through product expertise, customer service and networking
