This role is part of the broader Patient Access and Healthcare Solutions Team, with goals around (1) Positioning Novartis as a sustainable partner in Healthcare, (2) Improving access for patients to treatment, (3) Improving outcomes and experience for patients and healthcare providers and (4) Building internal capability around health systems engagement at.

The purpose of this role was to connect the Novartis medicines portfolio with healthcare stakeholders to aid disease management in local communities.With a focus on reducing avoidable hospital admissions, this was done through understanding local population needs, priorities of the relevant Primary Health Networks and healthcare service providers, together.
