• Responsible for full life cycle recruitment for various positions at all level of employment.
• Contacting candidates to do the initial screening and often the initial interview before they are seen by the hiring manager.
• Working directly with hiring managers assessing needs, submitting candidates, scheduling 2nd or 3rd interviews.
• Sourcing candidates via internet, referrals, and networking with people who serve in a similar role.
• Cold calling
• Presenting and reviewing spreadsheets (re: status of openings) with hiring manager on weekly conference calls.

• Full life cycle recruiting, including candidate contact, managing & coordinating the interview process, salary recommendations, negotiating offers & solidifying start dates.
• Work with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop position profiles, clarify required job skills and competencies and use the best sourcing strategies and techniques for each role.
• Employ Traditional sourcing strategies & resources as well as develop new, creative recruiting strategies; research & recommend new sources for active & passive candidate recruiting on a regular basis.
• Manage applicant process flow (resume tracking, interview and reporting) through Applicant Tracking System.
• Efficiently/effectively screen and source qualified candidates: Determine candidate qualifications by interviewing, analyzing responses and comparing qualifications to job requirements.

• Responsible for full life cycle recruitment of Nurses – LVNs and RNs, and Techs.
• Responsible for cold calls to nurses regarding various positions - both contract and PRN.
• Responsible for compliance for every nurse that is hired, which includes: verification of license, credentials, medical documentation, and all paperwork that is required for our company.
• Working with staffing managers at local hospitals to fill needs that they have on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Documentation of all phone calls, mailings, emails in the company database.
• Develop value calculators for our employees to determine the following: rate of pay, MLA, Per Diem, etc…
