The role of the Business Process Analyst is to assist in a variety of projects and initiatives to promote documentation and improvement of processes. Due to the variety of the initiatives, the duties change frequently from following PDSA and Improvements methodology, to doing more traditional project management, to performing research, facilitation, training and serving as a SME for other projects.
