Responsible for collection of receivables using established collection procedures on a portfolio of customer accounts. Ensures coordination of all credit decisions and collection strategies with appropriate program managers, sales, customer support, contracts organizations, and account team leaders. Communicates cash flow issues with business units finance leadership, performs cash receipts estimates and variance analysis, participates in cash calls; coordinates cash flow issues with the Global Director. Identify disputes through flag coding in the system and actively supports efforts to resolve root causes of invoice non-payment problems.

Leader of the team, with a personal portfolio of international clients, that collects payments from business customers of Hewlett-Packard from Italy. One of my main atributes consists in maintaining a constant flow of communication with the customer's accounts payable. Also supervize the invoices already issued and negotiate payment due dates and promises, verify the incoming payments.

I have coordinated a group of 10 to 15 persons that worked in a collection department, sustained various training sessions for the new entry employees, maintained relations with the Italian manager, planned the work group and scheduled the work progress of the group, maintained relations with other departments ( HR, administrative, management) for the interests of the group incharge, individually helped the employees in order to accomplish their targets. I have also coordinated three work project groups throughout other team leaders simultaneously.I superised any matters that involved the need of the work project group to increase theoutcome.
