• Taught 8 children ages 5 to 10 for the entire summer of 2021 providing holistic learning through play and mindfulness activities using theatre games and music with percussive instruments such as shakers, hand drums and rhythm sticks, increasing referrals and demand for a repeat program that will occur in 2022• Developed an integrated and supported curriculum with the use of mindfulness activities, field trips and coordinated extracurricular activities, ensuring an engaging and hands-on learning experience for the students• Recruited, trained and managed the schedules of talented assistant instructors, playing on their individual strengths for working with children.• Collaborated with individual assistant instructors based on their talents in dance, music, theater. • Organized and arranged weekly soccer and swimming lessons utilizing the public parks of NYC and bringing in experienced coaches and instructors ensuring the children had ample outdoor physical activity, learned to swim safely and work in teams.• Researched and Coordinated age-appropriate and affordable trips throughout the five boroughs of NYC offering culturally rich and diverse experiences. • Implemented and oversaw the necessary safety measures for working and traveling with young children teaching children the safety measures of using public transportation, instilling a sense of independence and responsibility.

• Created and developed a music program based on Mindfulness teachings and activities allowing children and caregivers the opportunity to make music together instilling a confidence and planting seeds of mindful concepts such as sharing, compassion and consideration for others’ feelings.• Wrote and recorded an album of children’s songs based on mindfulness concepts for children to bring home and continue to engage with caregivers, family and friends.• Lead a 45-minute class with a set arc of music and play teaching children to move, sing along, use percussion and follow instructions.• Marketed the program using self-created physical and digital flyers placing them in public libraries, children’s museums, and other appropriate bulletin boards; utilized social media and digital music platforms to make the music available worldwide (such as Spotify, iTunes, YouTube, Facebook)• Collaborated with professional musicians to write and structure music and recording.
