Managed new rollouts for new projects with in the region to make sure communication is understood and the project has a smooth roll out. Phone Center Upgrades, Media Pilot Upgrades, documentation Media Kits, and QUE Reference Libraries for Prosignia Units. Worked with Comp USA corporate manager to establish bulk orders.  Assigned schedules for Customer Service Representatives to ensure proper staffing according to peak call times.  Resolved high volume calls accurately, while ranking in the top 5 in number of calls taken.
