Realizing the importance of feminine hygiene care for young females, RedDrop was founded in 2018 and is the first feminine hygiene brand designed specifically to empower school-age tweens.

Direct and manage innovative and strategic education programs and develop and maintain family alliances and community partnerships that support advocacy and service to 5,100 students, 900+ alumni, 11 schools, and one partnership school in Atlanta and East Point, Georgia, while effectively equipping students for success.

As the Founding Director of Operations, a key member of the Leadership Team, and an integral supporter and contributor to the success of the Atlanta Public School's initiative to improve underachieving schools, I strategically and successfully directed high-performing teams to successfully execute strategy and initiatives in the areas of budgeting, purchasing, facilities, food services, transportation, technology, medical/health services, school safety, student recruitment, student data, regulatory compliance, human resource support, and academic operations support to support the achievement of all educational goals and objectives.

Directed the planning, implementation, monitoring, and coordination of a schoolwide discipline plan for staff and students and assisted the Principal in conducting an ongoing assessment of the program strengths and areas of opportunity, i.e., analysis of behavior, attendance records, discipline reports, feedback from students, staff, administrators, parents, etc., while promoting collaborative relations with parents, schools, and the community to increase student achievement.
