- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations – including creating floor plans and ensuring proper staffing levels based on volume, discussing daily information with culinary and beverage departments, leading pre-shift meetings with staff, monitoring service during operational hours- Responsible for the execution of operating policies and procedures, training, menus, service standards, and health and safety standards- Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction, and take appropriate action when guests do have complaints- Assist with creating and maintaining budgets, monitor and analyze financial reports on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure financial goals are met

- Assist in onboarding, training, and scheduling all bartenders and barbacks- Perform inspection of all bar areas and equipment, to ensure cleanliness and proper procedures being observed by staff- Responsible for all beverage purchasing, as well as curating wine and beer menus and spirit selections- Organize and implement systems for beverage storage organization, bar organization, and inventory- Maintain inventory and cost control – achieved and maintained 19% beverage cost- Prepare reports and discuss both beverage costs and staffing costs monthly at P&L meetings

- Possess excellent knowledge of both food and beverage menu offerings, specifically craft and local beer offerings- Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner, explain the menus and be able to answer any questions- Prepare ordered drinks according to proper recipes- Operate cash register and customer tabs- Monitor guests to ensure all needs and expectations are met and exceeded- Maintain cleanliness throughout service
