About Dana Severson

I am a Customer Success Manager for Beckman Coulter in the Chicago Area. I perform customer driven account management with hospital and reference laboratories. Through performance and process improvement, I assist my accounts to achieve success by driving training, project management, problem solving, optimization of practices, and KPI improvement. Being a field service engineer and a Service Manager prior to me stepping into this role gave me a deeper understanding of my customers and building stronger relationships with them. Currently, I have been developing in the Danaher Business system as I grow on my management journey. I have been certified in the DBS Problem Solving Process so that I can teach others in my company. I can analyze a situation and show my true grit and drive during times of difficulty and crisis. Work that is impactful and that makes a difference is what fuels my drive. I also have a different perspective view that gives me the ability to be creative with my ideas.
