Brewster, Massachusetts, United States

The Chatham Bars Inn owns an eight-acre farm in the adjacent town of Brewster, MA. The resort purchased the farm for executive chef Anthony Cole to have direct access and a working relationship with the farmer growing quality food for guests of the property. After successfully farming the land, farmer Joshua Schiff expanded in addition to the resort the local community. The duo created a farmstand to offer guests and local community access alike. Small but successful was year one, now in the third season, the Farmstand is a true Cape Cod destination. I am proud to say that I was an integral part of growing the farm stand from its infancy to robust operation.

Brewster, Ma

* Manage all group accounts associated with guest room and banquet requirements in the Technology, Legal, Retail, and SMERF markets. * Consistently meet proactive outside sales requirements of 10 appointments per week plus 60 solicitation calls.* Successfully booked 5,362 group room nights in 2018, exceeding the annual goal by 134%.* Contributed $1.1 million in group room revenue in 2018, which ended in a record-breaking year in sales for the resort.

Greater Boston Area

* Social catering & wedding operations manager responsible for all details day of; managing the staff, packing equipment, set up, ceremony, receptions, and execution of the event. * Building client relationships as the direct point of contact for events ranging from weddings, to intimate dinner parties to elaborate fundraising galas with upwards of a thousand guests. * Promoted from event service staff to event manager in June of 2012.
