I first started working with IRA Express in 2005 and purchased full ownership control in 2007. As the President of IRA Express I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company including: operations, compliance, finance, accounting, and marketing.I believe in the principle that individuals not only have the right, but also the responsibility to personally direct the investments made in their retirement portfolios into assets that they know the most about. By providing our clients with the ability to self-direct their investments we make it possible for an individual to diversify their retirement portfolio into any permissible investment as clarified by the IRS. We make it possible for individuals to shift their retirement assets into more tangible "non-traditional" investments such as private placements, precious metals, notes, real estate and other real estate related investments such as a note secured by a deed of trust.

Global Retirement Strategies was established to set up and provide third party record keeping and administrative services for individual(k) and defined contribution 401(k) retirement plans for small to mid size employers. Through Global Retirement Strategies I provide my clients with profit sharing plan documents which have been pre-approved by the IRS and are supported by an IRS approval letter as a form of reliance. The plan is available to owner's of small businesses who currently do not have any statutory employees. I provide the administration and record keeping for these plans as well as accommodate restatement documentation when applicable.

I worked in various aspects and positions at Metalcraft Technologies, an aerospace parts supplier, which introduced me to the world of manufacturing and production. I worked in positions including production, materials, tooling, quality inspection, shipping, receiving, inventory management, and customer service.During my four years of employment at Metalcraft Technologies I was able to witness and be involved with many process enhancements via LEAN methodology. Seeing these enhancements in person, and being directly affected by the improvement that occurred help build my belief in being efficient at all that you do. Because of this experience, I strive to eliminate all non-value added activities from my professional activities.
