I lead a team of Member Administration Specialists and Quality Assurance Associates. The Member Administration team oversees the accuracy and service level of member interactions across the entire organization. Additionally, I work cross-functionally to support a variety of initiatives that work to solve complex problems. This includes launching AI functions to increase efficiency, leading data analysis projects to quantify the impact of work completed by the Member Administration team, and creating scorecards and process maps as performance evaluation tools.
