About Dana Notaro

My goal is to make a difference in the lives of the people I am privileged to serve and I am very committed to reaching personal and organizational goals. I am a progressive thinker and am always looking at how improvements can be made to the organization I work within. I have strong leadership, managerial and team development skills along with strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills. I have worked the past seventeen years in the field of Long Term Care first overseeing a Licensed and Long Term Home Health Care Program and progressing to my current role as Administrator of an Adult Home and Assisted Living Program and a second Assisted Living Residence meeting the needs of frail elderly who are aging in place in an Enhanced ALR model and a Special Needs ALR model working with seniors with dementia related cognitive impairments. My past experience included Administrative Positions; Quality Assurance and Training in the field of working with people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. I began my career as a Special Education Teacher.
