I have spent the past 30 years of my career in leadership roles. I enjoy getting to the roots of problems, implementing effective solutions, and nurturing relationships. For me, running a small business is very energizing!My current business adventure is Mondo Learning Solutions.Before establishing Mondo Learning on 2010, I spent 15 years in executive roles within the credit union industry. Today, I am laser focused on the possibilities that virtual learning brings to the workplace. Since Mondo’s inception, I have worked with clients to facilitate and produce high-quality virtual instructor-led training (vILT) sessions, in addition to providing coaching, consulting, and support to those new to the vILT environment. Our clients are delivering high quality learning programs more efficiently and more effectively while reducing expenses. Whether it be Microsoft Teams, Zoom or another virtual meeting space, it's rewarding to contribute to their success in the virtual classroom!
