In 2004, I was promoted to Research & Test Analyst, where I specialized in Receivables and worked closely with both our Raleigh and Omaha offices on issues relating to Agency Billing and other POINT subsystems. I have been in my current position, Document Production Analyst, since December 2007. My responsibilities include creating the physical form, mapping of data from POINT files, writing custom rules, testing, and implementation. I work closely with Regulatory Compliance, Underwriting, Policy Processing departments, and external agents -- as well as with software vendors... DocuCorp, CSC, and SAPIENS -- to ensure that the development and support of commercial forms are accurate and timely. I have also been working with CSC to implement Media Management and a bridge to AcroSoft. Show less
