Current• Develop and influence strategic and operational HR initiatives for multiple sites to support the business plan• Member of the Senior Leadership Teams WI Rapids and Tomah facilities• Oversee the design and delivery of Leadership Development programs for management team, plant leadership and field operations teams. • Drive engagement and high performance in order to leverage talent as a competitive advantage• Plan and ensure effectiveness of key HR processes; recruitment, selection, on-boarding, training, performance management• Own succession planning activities including 9-Box and Korn-Ferry competency development• Drive HR best practices including process improvement and guidance on best practices, processes, and tools.• Act as a coach for Management team, contributing to the development of others and self-development• Lead functional HR projects/initiatives
