Dana Trudeau is the Innovation Lead for AI, Extended Reality (XR) and Mobile for Accenture's Information Security (IS) organization. In her role, she oversees strategic initiatives focused on increasing employee awareness and adoption of secure practices that aim at reducing information security risks using innovative technology (artificial intelligence, virtual reality, augmented reality, mobile). Dana's vision for innovation and her ability to leverage new technologies to drive behavior adoption has contributed to enhancing Accenture's IS Behavior Change program and establishing the program as a leader in innovation. Her forward thinking has reshaped not only how employees complete training, but how they can digitally collaborate through virtual immersive experiences. Dana has extensive experience in learning solutions design and delivery and has managed change efforts for large scale technology, process, and behavior change implementations. At Accenture, she has developed award-winning Virtual Reality (VR) cybersecurity training courses and an award-winning cybersecurity mobile app that has both proactive and reactive features to keep employees cyber-safe while at work, at home, and on-the-go. Dana is eager and passionate about leveraging AI, VR, augmented reality, and mobile technology to bring people together and shape behaviors through consequential immersive learning in a way that can be experienced 100% virtually.
