I have worked in the L&D field for more than 17 years in several different capacities. I have worked as an individual contributor (Instructional Design and Facilitator) and in leadership, Training Manager, Sr. Learning Manager.I worked in a Fortune 50 company as a first, second, and third line leader for 25 years. After leaving there, I worked for myself briefly, and for a Member association (MRA) as a Facilitator and ID.I am an excellent listener and collaborator. While working in a large L&D Department servicing ~32 divisions, I would work to uncover issues and ask the appropriate questions to identify the communication gaps, influence gaps, and skills/ideas needed to change the interpersonal interactions to get the results that area needs and wants. I would then work with the team to create a program uniquely crafted to address the their needs. This could include: meetings, change management tools, learning programs, job aids, activities, interventions, message points for leaders, eLearning, ILT, or VILT. Qualifications:I have led a variety of areas for more than 25 years for a Fortune 50 organization. My work experience leading teams and creating great work environments has prepared me to help others. Additionally, I have worked with a variety of organizations, of all sizes, to help them through change initiatives and create learning solutions.I have led Operations teams for several years as well. This experience is helpful when working in a supporting role like Learning and Development.
