Dana is a seasoned industry professional and leader who has been working in podcasting + entertainment for over 17 years. She is currently a Director of Business Development at Lemonada Media, where she cultivates relationships with key corporate sponsors, new and renewal corporate sponsors through research and outreach. She also manages relationships with agencies for traditional ad sales and continues to work closely with talent and talent teams. Before Lemonada, Dana was the Director of Development at OBB Media and the first hire on the Acast Studios team. In both roles she developed, produced and strategized multiple shows in different stages of production + development. As a producer at the Earwolf podcast network for nearly 6 years, she developed, produced and launched shows such as Factually! with Adam Conover, Bitch Sesh with Casey Wilson + Danielle Schneider, Urgent Care with Joel Kim Booster + Mitra Jouhari, OFF BOOK: The Improvised Musical, The Neighborhood Listen with Paul F. Tompkins + Nicole Parker, and countless others. Dana continues to have strong relationships from all networks in the talent and creator space, as well as a rolodex of editors, agents, managers and other industry professionals. Before her time in podcasting, Dana produced the short film "Verbatim" which was most notably an Official Selection at the Sundance and SXSW Film Festivals and worked deeply in the talent and Film / TV spaces.
